Need to return/Exchange – Few points to remember:
Make sure you mention the Following Details in the Email:
- Order Number
- Exchange Product Name (If Multiple Products) and Size
- Reason for Exchange/Size
- In case of Refund. Please Mention Reason for Refund. Bank Account Number, IFSC CODE & Account Holder’s Name.
The Exchange Product will be Delivered within 10-12 Working Days and the Refund will be processed within 10-12 working Days (From the Date of Pickup).
In case of online payment, Refund will be processed within 7-10 Working Days (From the Date of Pickup)through the Same mode as it was previously received.It might take 10-12 Working Days for the refund amount to reflect on your Bank/Credit Card Statement.
Returns/Exchange request need to be within 30 days of the delivery of product.
In case of Refunds, the Shipping & Delivery Charges of RS.100 will be deducted and the balance amount will be Refunded.
All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 48 hours of Delivery. We might request you to share the snapshot of the damaged product at firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp 6900104163
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
In case of orders where reverse pickup may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Xolovers.com.In this case, no deductions would apply and the customer shall get the full refund. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
PS:: Free Reverse Pickup facility is only available once per Order. Further attempts shall be chargeable by Rs.100.
